Birth of Sands
It all began with a shared fascination for the captivating world of mechanical watches. As twin brothers, we decided to turn the unique bond between us — and years of endless conversations about horology — into something tangible. Designing our own watches was never just a whim; it was a desire to create a genuine instrument, one to wear with pride every day.
When naming our brand, we brought together the initials of our shared surname (S&S) and paid homage to that universal concept at the heart of watchmaking: the sands of time. Sands is not merely a device that measures time — it is a reflection of our personal relationship with it.
