Birth of Sands
As twin brothers, we started to explore life at the same time. As we charted our own paths over the years, our passion for mechanical watches always brought us together at the same table. The ideas we shared about watches turned into a dream of creating a watch that reflects our perspective in every detail and that we can proudly wear on our wrist.
While giving a name to this dream, we combined S&S, which represents our surname, with the expression "sands of time", which evokes the flow of time. We brought together both our own bond and the relationship we have established over time in the name Sands.
When establishing Sands, we blended our engineering knowledge with our passion for watches and our understanding of aesthetics. It has always been natural for us to be curious about how something works and to take it apart and understand it. We also looked at the watches with the same curiosity. From this perspective, we aim to create watches that pay attention to quality in every detail, have a unique character with their design and will be enjoyed for many years.
Istanbul is where Sands was born and where our journey began. As an independent watch brand, we draw strength from our local roots and write the Sands story from there.
Sands is the signature of the passion that the twin brothers have grown over the years, transformed into watches.

Designed and Assembled in Turkey
Transparency in watchmaking is our main priority. We supply the mechanism and other external components from reliable manufacturers abroad in line with our quality expectations; We carry out the assembly and quality control processes ourselves in Turkey. We carefully check each watch before it reaches your wrist, and we take responsibility from its design to its final inspection.
