  You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. See our Distance Sales Agreement for full details.

• Are your watches water resistant?+

  Each model's water resistance rating is specified on its product page.

• How long is the warranty?+

  All Sands watches include a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage and conditions are outlined in the user guide.

• Do you ship internationally?+

  We currently ship within Turkey only.
